By purchasing or downloading any Stonewax song stem or sample pack, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the included stems and samples in your own musical compositions, recordings, remixes, and productions, including commercial releases and projects for third parties.

2. Ownership

All stems and samples remain the intellectual property of Stonewax (Steve Summers). This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the sounds or underlying compositions.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Sample, chop, remix, manipulate, and integrate the sounds into new musical works

• Release resulting compositions commercially without owing royalties to Stonewax

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the stems or samples in isolation

• Use the materials to create another sample pack, sound library, or competing product

• Claim authorship or ownership of the original sounds or compositions

All sounds must be used within a new musical context combined with additional creative elements.

5. Third-Party Sounds

Some materials may include sounds derived from licensed third-party sources (e.g. Logic Pro sound libraries). Your use of these sounds is permitted under this license only within new compositions, and you may not extract or resell any third-party content in isolation.

6. Single-User License

Each purchase is for a single user only and is non-transferable.

7. Liability & Indemnity

Stonewax is not liable for any claims arising from misuse of the materials. You agree to indemnify and hold Stonewax harmless from any claims related to unauthorised use.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by global copyright laws.
