All Wåx streetwear items are produced using print-on-demand services, meaning each piece is made specifically for you once an order is placed.
All Sales Final
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue
If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end, we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Sizing
Please refer carefully to the size charts provided before ordering. Stonewax is not responsible for sizing issues due to customer selection.
International Orders
Customs delays, import duties, or taxes are not grounds for returns or refunds.
