All Wåx streetwear items are produced using print-on-demand services through Tapstitch, with international fulfilment. Each piece is made to order to reduce waste and maintain limited production runs.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Production begins after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods or new releases.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Australia: 7–14 business days
International: 10–25 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier pricing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost or Delayed Packages

Stonewax is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. If an issue arises, we will assist where possible.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
